CELSIM is the Leadership and Simulations arm of Corporate Edge Group . We specialise in leadership development and coaching program me s using experiential simulations and the GAINMORE™ Advantage Learning and Development framework – developed through 14 years of research – to deliver sustainable return on people investments.

Realising the obstacles to learning transfer in trad itional training approaches, we researched effective development of managerial and leadership competencies, resulting in effective designs for leadership training and coaching that deliver r esults to the bottom line while incre asing individual and team engagement .
