CELSIM is the Leadership and Simulations arm of Corporate Edge Group . We specialise in leadership development and coaching program me s using experiential simulations and the GAINMORE™ Advantage Learning and Development framework – developed through 14 years of research – to deliver sustainable return on people investments.
